REMOTE AND FLEXIBLE LEARNING
As instructed by the Health Minister of Victoria, during periods of lockdown, schools will be closed and students will learn remotely. Remote and Flexible learning comes with its rewards and challenges. It is important for parents and carers to understand that they are not expected to be teachers and although it might be frustrating to not have all the answers, it is completely normal. Some days will unfold better than others and that is fine. The most important actions you can do are to continue to provide routine, support and encouragement to your child. The real challenge with this model goes beyond academic results, but is about maintaining a positive outlook and nurturing the students and families’ health and wellbeing.
Your child's teacher has prepared a timetable to minimise the interruption in the program. Please click on the relevant link below to access your child's remote and flexible timetable.
