REMOTE AND FLEXIBLE LEARNING RESOURCES FOR FOR GRADE 3 TO 6
1. Learning schedule posted for parents
The learning schedule will be posted on Google Classroom ahead of time by the classroom teacher. This provides parents and students with an overview of the learning expectations for the day. More detailed task instructions will be posted on Google
Classroom on the day of learning.

2. Morning check in and learning tasks posted for students
Students will record their attendance by answering a question in their allocated Zoom sessions. 5/6 at 9.00 and 3/4 at 9.30 If students are not present at the allocated time, they will be marked absent. Late arrivals must be justified by parents via Compass.

Teachers will post learning tasks on Google Classroom for students to complete throughout the day. The task will include the learning intention., clear instructions and any additional resources to assist students to complete the task.

3. Students complete set tasks
Students should aim to complete all tasks set in the learning schedule.

4. Students upload to Google Classroom
Once the task has been completed, students will upload their work to Google Classroom if required. This may require students to upload a photo, a video or attach a digital file.

Year 3-6 Support
Throughout the day, teachers will be available to support students between 9 and 3.30pm via Google Classroom private chat. This is the place for students to ask specific questions about the learning tasks and request further explanation or
assistance.
