RUOK? Is our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” if someone in your world is struggling with life’s ups and downs. This small action can make a difference in someone’s life, and has even more meaning this year. Let’s all be kind to each other! La journée australienne RUOK est un rappel qu’à tous les jours on peut poser la question « Est-ce que ça va? » si quelqu’un de notre entourage vit des difficultés. Une petite action qui peut avoir un impact positif dans la vie de quelqu’un et qui prend tout son sens cette année. Soyons bienveillants les uns envers les autres !
